End User License Agreement (EULA)

 This End User License Agreement ("EULA") is a legal agreement between you and Igna Ciorio for the use of Volume Booster GOODEV.

By installing or using the App, you agree to this Agreement.

License

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the App on Apple devices that you own or control, subject to Apple's Media Services Terms and Conditions.

Restrictions

You agree not to:

Copy or redistribute the App.

Reverse engineer or attempt to extract the source code except where permitted by law.

Use the App for unlawful purposes.

Remove copyright or proprietary notices.

Ownership

The App and all related intellectual property remain the property of Igna Ciorio.

Updates

We may provide updates, improvements, or feature enhancements. Some features may require the latest version of iOS.

Disclaimer

The App is provided "AS IS" without warranties of any kind. Audio enhancement capabilities depend on device hardware and iOS limitations.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Igna Ciorio shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the use of the App.

Termination

This license automatically terminates if you violate this Agreement. Upon termination, you must stop using the App and delete all copies.

Governing Law

This Agreement shall be governed by the laws applicable in your jurisdiction.
